Products, orders & payment
Blue Giraffe offers a wide range of K-pop products, anime merchandise, gifts, stationery, and personalized gifts for every occasion. All orders are confirmed via email or message. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you immediately. For custom products, the order is finalized after details are confirmed and cannot be withdrawn due to their personalized nature. All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Accepted payment methods include cards, IRIS, and bank deposits.
Shipping & right of withdrawal
Orders are shipped within 7 business days from payment confirmation. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout. According to Greek and European law (Law 2251/1994 and Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without explanation. Exceptions to this right include personalized/custom products made to customer specifications and products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Returns, exchanges & privacy
In case of a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for replacement or a refund at no charge. Return shipping costs for a change of mind (within 14 days) are borne by the consumer. The personal data we collect is used exclusively for order fulfillment and is not transferred to third parties, except for those necessary for shipping (e.g., shipping companies).
